Customer Service Representative (CSR- Full time)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with genuine passion for healing and a gentle touch. The applicant should be team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Functions:
- Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage hospital communication efficiently.
- Accurately enter and update client and patient information in the computer system.
- Provide clear communication regarding services, estimates, treatment plans, and discharge instructions as directed by medical staff.
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and handle invoicing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Coordinate patient flow and assist in ensuring timely service for appointments and emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with veterinary staff to support patient care and client needs.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to fulfill the requirements of this position.
- Work collaboratively with all team members and ensure actions support the hospital, doctors, and practice philosophy.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Maintains composure and efficiency in high-stress or emergency situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
- Demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Physical Effort:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- May require bending, reaching, and light lifting (assistance available for heavier tasks).
- Ability to use a computer, phone system, and other office equipment for prolonged periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the veterinary field.
- Flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with IDEXX Neo preferred, though not required.
